Stopping the internal dialogue....  this is very possible and, while its not exactly easy, it is simple and just takes some focused attention.  There are dreaming tasks we can do with the specific aim of stopping the internal dialogue.  They have far reaching effects.

Stopping the eternal dialogue is indeed possible and maintainable.. i find when the dialouge stops I can see energy flowing, even to point of pure consciousness. At that point I find everything is attainable.. I found in studying the dialogue of the mind that it is descriptable, meaning i can define the process' of my mind and enter the functions into dreaming 'frame', at this stage I can redefine my mind to any parameters. I suppose it equates into 'dreaming the energy body'. To allign to a qi-gong terminology one can imagine the mind as one intends it to function, and then 'slide' or shift, into that perception. I have learnt in my dreaming that one can dream many modes of the mind, including any past frame of mind every had.. this (paradoxingly) includes even the frames of consciousness possessed by anyone known or unknown, or even someone not yet into existence (leading into prophecy and creationism).. When one realises that no future exists, and no past exists, one is left bare in the field of possiblity, and that is occuring now.. what happens next is within the field of your intent, or within the realm of the knowledge you intend, create or hunt.. i found the essence of consciousness flows through everything ever dreamt, experienced, imagined, and any such configuration can be intended, and even layed down in a percise order. In a religious context, in this case Christian theology, one could say sow good seeds and recieve the results of those measures, or give and recieve, and lastly judge not lest ye be judged.. This again is a mind-frame, one that some would proclaim as dogma, however this is the reality of knowledge and flow, of the Chi, or Ka. The alignment of knowledge that forms the result. the awareness of the self, from the selfless, or the supreme self. The Nothing and the All.
